Special Needs Pet Boarding

If your pet has a medical condition, Yorba Regional Animal Hospital is uniquely able to monitor and care for your pet as a special needs boarder. You can rest assured that your pet is receiving attentive care from our highly trained nursing team under the direct supervision of our veterinarians. Many people choose to board their pets with us because of our special care expertise and state-of-the-art facilities.

Special Needs Boarding Charges

A special needs boarder is any pet requiring medication and/or special monitoring by our nursing staff

• Special Needs Medication: $10 extra per day
• Special Needs Diabetics: $52 total cost per day – dog or cat
• Special Needs Hospitalization: Pets needing special medical attention will be boarded in the treatment area and receive 24-hour care by our nursing staff - $64 per calendar day
